School Expands Culinary Offerings for Food Enthusiasts, Corporations and Community Members

The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary in Austin, Texas is expanding its culinary offerings to non-diploma seeking students and clientele by adding a variety of activities in its “Culinary Adventures” Program. Nancy Marr the Special Events Manager will focus on corporate events, private parties, continuing education and recreational cooking classes. Guest will be lead by chefs and staff of the school.

These catered events will be held in the school’s 9,000 square foot outdoor garden where cooking lessons will be given and sit-down feasts will be created. The program will utilize the school’s four commercial kitchens, community dining room and scenic garden. “Culinary Adventures” provides an opportunity for the public to experience the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts commitment to seasonal and sustainable cooking.
