A monthly competition around student pictures is taking place each month. To encourage creative plating and culinary excellence, our mentors will be selecting one outstanding plating photo from each of the full programs, Culinary Fundamentals and Pastry Arts at the beginning of each month. Congratulations to the winners for the month of January, Fabian Robles and Carrie Greer! These students went above and beyond the grading requirements to create some exceptionally presented dishes, fit for a king!

Culinary Winner : Shrimp Kebabs by Carrie Greer
You did a fantastic job on the shrimp kebab. You thought of all the details even making a pattern of the skewered shrimp. Great execution of cooking technique and very beautiful plate presentation. – Chef Thomas
