Escoffier Online At FCCLA Conference

 

In an exciting opportunity due to our recent partnership with the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America, Escoffier Online Culinary Academy and Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts were able to participate in the FCCLA’s Executive Director’s conference in Washington D.C. on January 27th.

Bob Saiz, Escoffier’s president, was able to present about the school, our exciting prospects that can arise from the partnership and the promise of online education to full room of educators, FCCLA board of directors and staff 20150127_120814members that represent thousands of students and hundreds of teachers.

As an organization that teaches leadership, development, career preparation opportunities and personal growth in family and consumer sciences education, the FCCLA and Escoffier Schools offer each other a relationship filled with promise and thrilling prospects. By partnering with them for their FCCLA@TheTable initiative, we’re enthusiastic to inspire high school students across the country to get in the kitchen and help plan and make healthy meals for themselves and their families.

Escoffier Online and Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts eagerly anticipates the new possibilities this partnership will open and are excited to see what it grows into.
