Gluten-Free & Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
2 large avocados
½ cup agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla
9 oz vegan dark chocolate
2/3 cup coconut milk

Directions
1. Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie, add the coconut milk and set aside.
2. In a food processor or blender puree the avocado, agave and vanilla, add the chocolate mixture and mix until incorporated.
3. Chill, garnish with fresh fruit and sweetened coconut cream and serve.
