How To Make Garlic Aioli
Aioli (pronounced aye-oh-lee) is a Mediterranean sauce made up of two ingredients: garlic and olive oil. You’ll find it most prominent in the Mediterranean coasts of Spain, Italy and France-with some slight variations of the dish depending on the country. This aioli, for instance, is derived from a classic French recipe because of its use of egg and other ingredients similar to mayonnaise. With a slight punch of garlic and an ultra-creamy texture, we wouldn’t mind smothering this on just about everything.
