Pumpkin Pie Recipe
makes 1 9” pie

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 lb. pumpkin puree
6 oz. granulated sugar
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger
12 oz. evaporated milk

Method:
1. Combine the eggs and pumpkin, blend in the sugar
2. Add the spices, salt and the evaporated milk
3. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until the pie is set, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
