Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is continuously reviewing its entire educational platform to provide the highest quality of culinary education to our students. We are excited to announce that Escoffier Online is preparing to launch the next innovation in Culinary education – it’s new & improved user friendly online campus!

Your new Online Campus has been completely revamped to improve your experience as a student. With a sleeker design, easier navigation and additional functions, the improved portal offers you a more comprehensive and manageable way to attend your classes, submit your assignments and interact with your chef mentors and classmates.

Some of the exciting new features include:

• You can now better connect with fellow students using Culinary Communities and private messaging. Culinary Community discussions give you the ability to share opinions, tips, and educational experiences.

• Navigating the Online Campus could not be easier with our new open-access courses. Although courses are prearranged to build upon skills, you now have the freedom to take courses in any order desired.

• Course reading materials and assignments presented in an improved layout for better understanding.

• Our streamlined assignment submission gives students the ability to drag and drop photos, or submit straight from mobile devices making uploading pictures much easier!

• Having total control of your own professional portfolio to edit and share your work, increasing industry opportunities.
