Online Culinary Student’s Personal Feedback

In this video, an Escoffier Online culinary student shares her journey on finding a culinary program that suits her and provides personal feedback on the online cooking school. Elizabeth loved food at an early age, but realized one day that she needed to make healthier choices with what she was eating. Soon after that cooking healthy became natural for her and decided to become a holistic living consultant to help others. Elizabeth was always looking to learn more so she looked into on-site culinary schools, but knew that option might not be possible. So he starting searching further and one day when she found Escoffier Online her journey was complete.

After enrolling in the online program Elizabeth decided to visit our kitchen in Elgin, IL and our office in Hoffman Estates, IL since she lived in the area.  That day she was able to meet her chef mentor and advisor in person and after her time here was truly happy on her decision. Elizabeth stated, “My life finally has direction and meaning. My 21-year-old daughter said she can relax and breathe knowing I am truly happy. She is so very proud of me.” On behalf of everyone at Escoffier Online we are proud of you as well!
